This is us – our strategy

Our updated strategy (2022-2025) confirms our commitment to being a specialist mental health, learning disability and autism provider, while recognising the impact of the pandemic and the changes within the health and social care system.

In April 2020, we agreed a five-year plan for our organisation. At the time we recognised that this was a new beginning. We had reaffirmed our role as a specialist mental health, learning disability and autism provider and were excited to progress the vision set out in the plan.

We didn’t know that this new beginning would be immediately impacted by covid, something that has affected all of our lives.

Our plans have, of course, been impacted by the pandemic. However, we are proud of the progress we have made since 2020.
